Meetings and hearings of the Board of Adjustment are scheduled as necessary.  Dates are set when the Board receives a completed application for a hearing, payment, and verification of taxes paid.

File For a Hearing

To file for a hearing with the Board of Adjustment, you need to complete an Application for Hearing. There are several other documents and activities you must complete before a hearing is scheduled, described in the Hearing Information Pamphlet. One of them is the Tax verification Form, below. To download these documents, click on the links below. Print the documents and complete the Application, then mail or hand deliver to Bellefonte Town Hall at the address above.
