On May 13, 2024, a Public Hearing was held to gain feedback and at the immediately following Town Meeting, the Commissioners present did make the second and final reading and voted unanimously to adopt the Land Use Code Act of 2024, which includes Ordinances 2024-01, 2024-02, and 2024-03.
